Provide level-two technical support for end-users and devices across the district.
Install licensed software and configure hardware peripherals, including printers, interactive whiteboards, projectors, and scanners.
Record service requests in the work order system, diagnose network issues, and escalate complex problems as needed.
Maintain accurate inventory, assist in staff development programs, and stay current with advances in computer technology.
Deliver timely classroom technology support, perform repairs, and manage computers and printers according to district procedures.
Uphold confidentiality and ethical standards while communicating professionally with staff and the community.
