Data Scientist II, Real World Evidence (RWE), Pharma R&D

Role: Lead observational Real World Evidence studies in oncology for pharma collaborators, leveraging a multimodal data platform to address trial design and outcomes questions. Derive and interpret complex real-world endpoints with deep understanding of clinical and molecular data structures, while recognizing limitations of real-world data. Stay current on methodological advances (causal inference, survival analysis) and oncology guidelines to contribute reusable code, internal packages, and best practices. Utilize AI tools and LLM-based workflows to accelerate analysis, documentation, and insight generation. Communicate results and limitations to technical and non-technical stakeholders; prepare internal reports, external deliverables, and, where appropriate, manuscripts or conference materials. Collaborate with product, oncology, and data science teams to continuously enhance data quality and analytical standards.
