Chief Construction Inspector - Public Improvement Construction

Plan, manage, execute, direct, and supervise inspectors, contractors, and municipal, transit authority, or private contractors performing construction projects within facilities, generating stations, substations, or franchised areas such as public roadways, highways, or bridges.
Ensure all work is performed in strict compliance with applicable specifications, standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Properly maintain, protect, and support the integrity of facilities during construction to safeguard infrastructure and safety.
Directly supervise field personnel to ensure alignment with project scope, schedule, and budget.
Manage scheduling, progress tracking, quality control, and risk mitigation to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Coordinate with municipal authorities, transit agencies, and private clients to resolve issues and ensure public safety and code compliance.
