Associate Director, Professional Marketing – Dermatology

The Associate Director for Professional Marketing – Dermatology leads strategic initiatives across the RINVOQ Dermatology portfolio, coordinating KOL engagement and advisory activities.
Drives customer insight development through consultancies, advisory boards, and key Congress (CBICs), informing brand teams and cross-portfolio strategy.
Develops and executes a robust APP strategy, exploring partnerships and educational opportunities to advance professional dermatology marketing.
Oversees cross-portfolio strategic projects, including pan-immunology initiatives, ensuring alignment with three indication brand leaders and immunology franchise.
Partners with US and International teams, brand leads, and agencies to optimize planning, contracting, ad boards, and budget management.
Requires ability to translate insights into strategic recommendations, with strong communication and project management to deliver on-time results.
