Engineering Manager, Compliance

Own and maintain engineering compliance processes across the full product lifecycle, ensuring traceability, disciplined documentation, and audit readiness.
Lead engineering compliance for New Product Introduction (NPI), enforcing phase gates, configuration control, and complete technical deliverables (requirements, drawings, BOMs, test reports, and analyses).
Own PLM governance, including structure, workflows, permissions, data integrity, part numbering, revisions, releases, and engineering change management (ECR/ECO/ECN).
Develop and maintain the paper trail for certification, qualification, and customer deliverables, coordinating audits and ensuring documentation is complete and defensible.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Test, and Supply Chain; train teams on compliance processes and PLM best practices.
Serve as a compliance advisor to Advanced Programs and Product Development, driving corrective actions, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement after audits.
