Director of Compliance

Lead and oversee all regulatory compliance programs for trust and investments operations, including BSA/AML, OFAC, Patriot Act, and customer identification. Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and risk assessments to ensure fiduciary and regulatory standards are met. Monitor transactions, investigate suspicious activities, and file SARs as required; report findings to senior management. Provide guidance to leadership and governance committees; mentor and oversee trust administration staff. Oversee annual account and investment reviews and prepare compliance reports for regulators. Design and deliver training programs and serve as signing authority for discretionary payments.
