DevOps Engineer / SysAdmin – Belfast

A well-established business consultancy is seeking a DevOps Engineer or Systems Administrator to join a small team and manage production systems on various cloud and on-premises environments. The role involves supporting Linux/RHEL infrastructure, configuring automated environments, and resolving technical faults. Candidates will perform system upgrades, deploy servers with automation tools like Salt, Puppet, Chef, and Terraform, and manage cloud environments primarily in AWS and IBM Cloud using Shell scripting and Java. Experience working with databases such as MySQL and Oracle, as well as networking principles, is essential. The position offers remote working across the UK, with an onboarding period at the company's headquarters and occasional onsite visits.
