Information Security Analyst

The role involves monitoring, investigating, and responding to security alerts across Swissport’s networks and infrastructure. The analyst will manage security controls such as email gateways and vulnerability systems, supporting the organisation's vulnerability management process and assisting with cyber risk assessments. They will conduct user awareness training and phishing simulations to enhance security knowledge, while ensuring compliance and logging integrity within security platforms. Working closely with various teams, the position requires technical skills in security operations and incident response, alongside effective communication to explain risks to users.
