Die Stelle
An electrical engineer specialising in commercial building systems is sought to cover night shifts in Slough. The role involves carrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive tasks on electrical three-phase systems, lighting, and power distribution, as well as testing fire alarms, emergency lighting, sprinklers, and compliance systems. The engineer will perform inspections on other building services via PPM schedules and monitor BMS to ensure proper operation. Rapid diagnosis and resolution of electrical faults are essential to minimise downtime. All work must adhere to health and safety standards. Necessary qualifications include Level 3/Part 2, AM2, and/or Gold Card in Electrical Installations, along with proven experience in building maintenance and knowledge of commercial building systems.
