Business Development Manager

Proactively generate new business in commercial markets and with insurance brokers for restoration and construction services.
Develop and maintain Emergency Service Agreements and long-term partnerships to drive ongoing revenue.
Represent the organization with professionalism, empathy, and confidence in all client interactions.
Collaborate with operations and marketing to align sales strategy with service delivery and outcomes.
Track activity and progress in CRM systems to meet or exceed sales goals and maintain a solid pipeline.
Requirements: confident, organized, highly effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills; self-motivated with excellent time management and follow-up abilities; prior restoration, construction, or insurance experience is a plus.
