Outside Sales Houston B2B Tree Care (Base + Commission)

This is a strategic outside sales role focused on driving revenue by securing and managing high-value contracts with Multifamily, HOA, municipal, and commercial entities.
You will translate property managers' arboricultural needs into actionable, expert-led tree care solutions, guiding clients from site visits to project completion.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline through prospecting, cold calls, strategic networking, and referral generation; develop plans for new and existing customers.
Create accurate scopes of work, compelling estimates, and timely communications; ensure satisfaction and cultivate future opportunities post-project.
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals; manage time effectively and participate in after-hours networking to grow brand presence.
Collaborate across teams, participate in ongoing training (Sandler), and maintain meticulous CRM data and sales-related equipment.
