Summer Industrial Engineer Intern focused on process optimization and data-driven improvements in manufacturing.
Assist with production analysis, develop process maps and workflow diagrams, and collect data to identify efficiency gains.
Support project management tasks, schedule milestones, and document findings into clear reports for the team.
Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams, contribute ideas, and participate in meetings.
Qualifications: 90+ credit hours completed, 2.7+ GPA, full-time student, preferred majors in Materials Science & Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or Metallurgy, strong MS Office skills.
Compensation: $23.00/hr base pay, $1,000 monthly housing stipend, up to 20% travel, with summer May–August and potential continuation.
