Manager, U.S. Operational Risk Management

Implement and execute the U.S. Operational and Data Risk Management Framework, including RCSA, risk identification, operational risk events, KRIs, and non-financial risk oversight.
Act as a second line of defense for Data Risk, reporting to senior management and coordinating with the team’s Senior Managers and Director.
Automate and develop analytics to transform operational risk data into actionable insights using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Excel.
Lead and support ORM activities including New Initiatives assessments, Issue and Action plan management, risk assessments, scenario analysis, and remediation reporting.
Deliver monthly risk reporting, enhance automation of manual processes, and support timely escalation of findings and remediation status.
Collaborate across corporate functions and U.S. operations, applying strong communication, project management, and data skills in a fast-paced environment.
