Superintendent

Lead all field operations on a construction project, collaborating with the Project Manager to drive schedule, budget, safety, and quality from preconstruction to completion. Develop and maintain master construction schedules, coordinate with trades, and lead constructability reviews to optimize sequencing and logistics. Manage site safety, environmental and quality programs; conduct pre-task meetings; ensure permits, inspections, and regulatory requirements are met. Oversee daily field activities, monitor performance, and address issues proactively to protect schedule and cost. Lead, mentor, and develop field teams, maintain a detailed daily log and photo documentation, and foster professionalism and teamwork. Serve as the field representative for client and stakeholder relations, manage risk, and support monthly forecasting of labor, material, and equipment.
