Provide on-site IT help desk support for staff, addressing hardware and software issues promptly, with selective remote assistance as needed.
Support the EMR system installations, maintenance, and user training to maintain productivity.
Install and configure new hardware, software, and phone systems; manage asset documentation for additions, moves, and disposals.
Troubleshoot network outages and support desktop/server environments, including Windows 11, Office 365, AD/Azure/Intune as defined by IT standards.
Coordinate with external vendors for networking, telecommunications, AV, and printer/copier projects.
Provide 24/7 on-call after-hours support on a rotating schedule; demonstrate strong prioritization, clear written and verbal communication, and problem-solving.
