Senior Financial Analyst

Location: Green Bay Support Office, De Pere, WI. Under the Finance Director, the Senior Financial Analyst manages and drives improvement in financial reporting, planning and analysis. Responsibilities include preparing long-range plans, annual budgets, and quarterly forecasts. It also involves preparing reports comparing actual results against budgets and prior year, and developing KPIs with a dashboard to monitor performance. The role performs weekly cash flow analysis and forecasting and collaborates with the Finance team on ad hoc projects involving financial analysis and reporting. Strong emphasis on cross-functional collaboration, clear communication, and the ability to simplify complex financial issues for non-finance stakeholders. Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, 5+ years of forecasting/planning/analysis, CPA or MBA preferred, advanced Excel skills, and experience with Great Plains / Microsoft Dynamics.
