Technical Director - Data Science (Discovery)

As a senior IC leader, you will shape the strategy and execution of data science for discovery experiences.
You will develop scalable solutions to generate hypotheses across key user touchpoints and drive end-to-end ML implementations.
Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to design insights, causal frameworks, and machine learning prototypes that improve engagement.
Apply advanced causal inference to measure the impact of initiatives and network effects on user growth and retention.
Lead exploratory analyses and communicate findings effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
Design and implement rigorous experiments for new features and translate results into actionable product decisions.
