Bridge Design Engineer - Level 1

Design and plan small-to-mid-sized bridges including prestressed box beam, single-span, and continuous concrete slab bridges on capped pile substructures.
Develop bikeway/pedestrian bridges, low-flow stream crossings, and drainage culverts, including deck overlays and minor repairs.
Perform hydraulic and scour analyses, structure type studies, FEMA floodplain assessments, and coordinate permitting with agencies and utilities.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support private clients, municipalities, universities, and development projects.
Qualifications: Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, EIT, and pursuing or possessing a P.E.; 0–5 years of bridge design experience; AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred.
Strong sense of urgency, continuous learner, professional public interaction, and the ability to meet deadlines.
