Senior Machine Learning Engineer - Agents data

You will own the data lifecycle powering multimodal agent research, from collection and curation to preprocessing and training delivery. Design and build scalable data pipelines across text, image, and multimodal sources, with versioning and quality controls. Create tooling for dataset construction, including human annotation workflows, synthetic data generation, and RLHF/DPO-style data. Ensure data quality and reproducibility by building validation, drift detection, and documentation of provenance and limitations. Collaborate with researchers to translate requirements into concrete data specs and iterate as experiments reveal needs. Improve research velocity by profiling, testing, and refining data pipelines, while promoting engineering best practices and reliability.
