The Insurance Defense Attorney will manage bodily injury and construction defense and other insurance defense matters within a Texas civil litigation setting.
Candidates must have 7+ years of insurance defense experience, a Juris Doctor, and be licensed to practice in Texas (multi-state licensure a plus).
Responsibilities include handling cases through all trial stages—depositions, oral argument, hearings—negotiating settlements, and providing client reports.
Must be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a legal team, with a motivated, self-starting approach.
