Data Science, AI and Automation Specialist

Own and expand our AI-based microservices, leveraging state-of-the-art LLMs (OpenAI and Anthropic). Build NLP pipelines for labeling, matching and extraction (NER, Entity Resolution), assess quality and iterate for performance, and deploy production-grade solutions with MLOps/LLMOps. Collaborate with Product, Partnerships, Client Success, Sales, and Marketing to modernize workflows using RPA and AI. Lead medium-sized projects from concept to completion. Requirements: 7+ years Python, 5+ years NLP, 3+ years ML (classification/regression), 1+ years LLMs/RAG; cloud experience in AWS S3/EC2, Databricks, Linux; Bachelor’s (Masters preferred). Hybrid work in Bengaluru, India.
