Provide broad commercial and corporate legal support with a focus on contract negotiation and vendor management across pharma/biotech operations.
Draft, review, and negotiate MSAs, CRO/vendor, confidentiality, supply/manufacturing, consulting, quality, and technology agreements; manage the contract lifecycle and templates.
Advise on commercialization readiness, distribution, marketing operations, and patient support programs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and applicable laws.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial, Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, Operations, and Finance to align activities with legal and contractual requirements.
Support internal investigations, audits, and compliance initiatives; monitor regulatory developments and communicate implications to stakeholders.
Requirements include a J.D. and California license, 5+ years in pharma/biotech contracting or in-house, strong business-oriented communication, and ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
