Own the end-to-end ML and agent architecture for the Assistant, ensuring safe, reliable, and deeply useful user experiences.
Set strategy for high-trust actions, ground responses in authoritative knowledge and live data, and orchestrate capabilities across many tools and agents.
Deliver conversation continuity and personalization across surfaces, and deepen the assistant’s presence in dashboards to streamline critical workflows.
Establish rigorous evaluation, SLOs, and benchmarking to improve quality, latency, and cost at scale.
Lead as a tech lead: mentor engineers, enforce code quality, security, observability, and cross-functional alignment.
Apply advanced ML methods (RLHF fine-tuning, synthetic data, RAG optimization, and prompt tuning) to continuously enhance performance.
