A Senior Process Engineer specialising in lithography is sought to support process development, optimisation, NPI, yield improvements, defect reduction, and continuous improvement in a high-tech semiconductor fabrication facility. The role involves developing, supporting, and optimising photolithography and e-beam lithography processes, maintaining equipment, and analysing manufacturing data using SPC, DOE, Six Sigma, and statistical techniques. The engineer will lead process development, qualification, and cross-qualification of equipment, while collaborating with multiple engineering teams. Responsibilities include improving process parameters, supporting technology transfer, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental procedures. The ideal candidate will possess an engineering or scientific degree, relevant industry experience, and advanced problem-solving skills.
