Lead end-to-end ML engineering for video AI platforms, focusing on scalable video understanding and summarization.
Build and maintain pipelines for model fine-tuning, retraining, and LoRA-based workflows.
Design and deploy scalable model serving for open-source and foundation models, including Vision-Language and embedding models.
Integrate vector search, semantic similarity infrastructure, and RAG pipelines for video metadata, Q&A, and summarization.
Establish experiment tracking, model versioning, and evaluation, while monitoring drift and optimizing compute costs.
Implement HITL workflows and offline labeling, data/versioning through feature stores, and support real-time inference in Agile, cross-functional teams.
