Sr. Software Engineer, Machine Learning (Search) - Slack

Develop ML models for ranking, retrieval, and generative AI use-cases on the Slack platform.
Collaborate with Product, Design, and Frontend teams to ideate and ship features for a growing user base.
Own features and systems end-to-end, driving long-term health of data and ML features.
Build and maintain scalable data pipelines; monitor experiments; triage production issues; improve tooling.
Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and raise engineering standards across the team.
Apply a data-driven approach to measure success and deliver tangible business value through practical ML solutions.
