Lead electrical design for power distribution and lighting systems in technically sophisticated facilities, prioritizing energy efficiency and code compliance.
Build and manage client and project partner relationships while guiding multidisciplinary MEPT+ teams through the design and delivery process.
Apply in-depth knowledge of California healthcare codes (HCAI/OSHPD) and emergency power systems across both design and construction administration phases.
Develop innovative, project-specific solutions and perform coordination studies (SKM); produce and review designs in Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
Lead, mentor, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality deliverables and on-time milestones for healthcare, biotech, and mission-critical projects.
Demonstrate strong communication, organization, and client-focused problem solving in fast-paced environments with multiple concurrent tasks.
