Provide engineering support to maintenance and operations across the Ingot/Can Reclamation facility, diagnosing equipment and process issues to root cause.
Develop engineered solutions, manage large equipment rebuilds, and justify and implement capital projects.
Serve as the technical equipment expert for an area, delivering technical leadership and restoring process flow during breakdowns.
Create and implement repair and rebuild procedures, and prepare proposals for equipment upgrades.
Support the department's Quality, Safety, and Environmental goals while maintaining manufacturing standards.
Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and at least five years of experience with mechanical systems, manufacturing processes, and failure analysis; US work authorization required.
