Lead conceptual design, site surveys, design turnover, and construction administration for mechanical systems.
Perform HVAC and plumbing system design and calculations, create design drawings, schematic reports, and project-specific cost estimates.
Conduct engineering analyses including building load calculations, energy analysis, and airflow modeling.
Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and consultants to develop coordinated design documents.
Prepare HVAC controls diagrams, project-specific controls specifications, sequences of operation, and BMS system design.
Support business development and client proposals, and manage onboarding, training, mentoring, and performance evaluation of the team; familiarity with NY/NJ/PA building codes and standards.
