Director, Compliance - Healthcare

Direct and advance the healthcare compliance program to ensure ongoing regulatory adherence across the enterprise.
Develop and maintain policies, Code of Conduct, risk assessments, and corrective action plans aligned with federal and state requirements.
Lead investigations into potential noncompliance, unethical conduct, or regulatory violations, coordinating with Risk Management, Legal, and HR.
Oversee external audits, accreditation readiness, and effective remediation of audit findings.
Provide regular reporting to executive leadership and the Board, promoting transparency and accountability.
Manage training programs, promote confidential reporting, and ensure strong governance, with CHC certification and 5+ years of leadership in healthcare compliance.
