An AWS Cloud Engineer is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable AWS infrastructure, managing Kubernetes clusters, and automating deployments using Terraform. The role requires supporting cloud security, troubleshooting Linux systems, and monitoring environment performance through tools like Grafana and Prometheus. Collaboration with development and operations teams to optimise platform reliability and resilience is essential. Candidates should have experience with AWS services, container orchestration, Infrastructure-as-Code, and network security principles. This role also involves supporting CI/CD pipelines, scripting, and participating in global meetings; it offers the chance to work remotely within the UK in a technically dynamic environment.
