As a People Analytics Data Scientist, you own analytics and insights about people, culture, and leadership.
You partner with HR Partners, Talent Acquisition, Belonging & Diversity, Total Rewards, and Talent Experience to drive success.
You cleanse, integrate, and evaluate large datasets from multiple sources, including transferring data between systems like HRIS.
You develop algorithms and automated processes to cleanse, integrate, and evaluate data for analysis and experiments.
You conduct analytical studies and predictive analytics on recruiting, retention, growth, performance, and leadership effectiveness; translate insights for executives and product teams.
You create enablement materials and collaborate with product teams to operationalize insights in live features.
