Video Editor

We’re seeking an experienced Video Editor who loves storytelling and can push creative boundaries to deliver visually stunning narratives. In this role, you will ingest, organize, and edit footage, applying motion graphics, sound design, color correction, and audio sweetening to support client goals. You will manage multiple post-production projects, streamline workflows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines. You will lead daily production discussions, guide junior editors, and drive creative output through informed direction and example. You will leverage AI-driven editing tools to boost productivity and expand creative possibilities. This on-site role can be based in Washington, DC, with options for Richmond, VA, or Atlanta, GA.
