Lead the strategy and technical direction for ML systems powering core economy experiences, including personalization, ranking, and generative modeling, at scale.
Develop and evolve end-to-end ML infrastructure for training, serving, and evaluating traditional models and Generative AI workflows (embeddings, transformer-based models, RAG).
Own low-latency serving, efficient GPU training, and cost-aware inference, with robust pipelines, feature stores, and experimentation tooling.
Collaborate with GenAI teams and product partners to align architecture with business priorities and scale a fast-growing ML organization.
Mentor senior engineers and foster a strong technical culture while ensuring observability and reliability across millions of daily economic interactions.
Drive state-of-the-art ML/AI adoption across the economy platform, shaping the future of personalized, intelligent experiences.
