Shape customer-centric event messaging and narrative systems aligned to enterprise go-to-market themes, establishing COE-grade standards globally.
Own end-to-end content development and production for marquee events, building reusable frameworks, templates, and production models that ensure high quality at scale.
Partner with customers to co-create outcome-focused, narrative-driven assets that demonstrate business impact and feed the broader COE library.
Collaborate across account teams, creative partners, and marketing stakeholders to align storytelling and unify the global playbook.
Lead cross-functional coordination to translate strategy into polished, event-ready assets, including keynotes, breakout decks, demos, interactive content, and video storytelling.
Expect travel approximately 30% (14+ events annually in the US) to support and participate in the global event ecosystem at COE level.
