Purpose: Build and maintain a supplier training library to support procurement processes and stakeholder needs.
Collaborate with the procurement leadership team to identify available supplier training programs.
Coordinate meetings with suppliers to capture training information and materials.
Analyze data to align training programs with operations, engineering, and HR requirements.
Identify target employee roles and select programs to integrate into My Learning.
Create a comprehensive supplier training catalog detailing supplier, topic, description, learning objectives, format, prerequisites, proficiency tests, cost, technology requirements, and time commitment.
