Senior Lead Machine Learning Engineer

Design, build, and deliver production-ready ML models and components to solve real-world business problems in collaboration with Product and Data Science teams.
Inform ML infrastructure decisions, including model choice, data and feature selection, model training, hyperparameter tuning, dimensionality, bias/variance, and validation.
Develop and validate code, test ML applications, automate tests, and enable scalable deployment of ML models and related software.
Retrain, maintain, and monitor models in production to ensure reliability, performance, and governance.
Leverage cloud-based architectures and data pipelines to deliver optimized ML models at scale, using CI/CD and monitoring best practices.
Uphold Responsible and Explainable AI standards, governance, and high code quality across Python, Scala, or Java implementations.
