Events Manager, GenAI

Lead the GenAI Unit's internal events strategy, delivering large-scale programs and intimate gatherings across multiple locations and time zones.
Own end-to-end delivery, from briefs and budgets to on-site production, vendor management, and risk mitigation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Events & Experiences, Workplace, Comms, Marketing) to create impactful experiences aligned with objectives.
Manage 2000+ attendee events as well as smaller activations, including town halls, summits, hackathons, offsites, and celebrations.
Develop detailed project plans, briefs for executives, and robust dashboards to track metrics and inform future programs.
Navigate fast-paced, ambiguous environments, adapt with innovative approaches, and ensure safety, governance and compliance.
