Production Lead (Manufacturing)

Lead and supervise Belt Tech I and Belt Tech II, ensuring their training, addressing their concerns, and enforcing policies and procedures.
Oversee maintenance and inspection of all equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
Drive predictive maintenance by tracking repair history and updating maintenance plans.
Manage parts and tool inventory, budget, and procurement for maintenance activities while coordinating with contractors for quotes and compliance.
Provide on-site leadership for scheduling, task delegation, and performance reviews to foster a collaborative, safety-conscious team.
Partner with production to maximize uptime, drive continuous improvement, ensure EHS compliance, and manage on-call facility issues.
