Industrial Water Senior Process Mechanical Engineer

Lead process mechanical design for industrial water treatment and wastewater projects, applying a broad range of treatment technologies from primary physical/chemical processes to advanced membrane systems.
Act as the process engineer of record, delivering design calculations and drawings while mentoring mid-level and junior staff.
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to implement complex treatment solutions and manage project delivery, schedule, and risk.
Drive business development activities, including client engagement and proposal development, supporting projects from study through construction, commissioning, and O&M.
Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards and stay informed on industry trends and competitive strategies.
Travel up to 25% to client sites and project facilities across the United States.
