Lead the design and delivery of core ML systems behind production-grade AI agents integrated into a scalable platform.
Own model selection, agent logic, and orchestration layers across the full lifecycle—from problem framing and data strategy to deployment and monitoring.
Build scalable RAG pipelines, workflow orchestration, evaluation, and feedback loops to ensure observable, enterprise-ready solutions.
Collaborate closely with software engineers, product managers, and data scientists to deeply embed agents into the tech stack.
Stay hands-on with emerging agent architectures while applying rigorous engineering judgment to deliver reliable, explainable systems at global scale.
Mentor and lead ML engineering teams, drive end-to-end development lifecycle, and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
