Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable backend services for a healthcare data archiving platform.
Develop FHIR-compliant REST APIs and multi-tenant data architectures using Java 22 and Spring Boot 3.3.
Ensure HIPAA compliance, implement OAuth2/OIDC authentication with Keycloak, and enforce RBAC and tenant isolation.
Optimize PostgreSQL queries, manage document processing workflows, and integrate with RabbitMQ and S3-compatible storage.
Collaborate with an international, remote-friendly team, participate in code reviews, planning, and CI/CD pipelines.
Lead backend expansion, drive performance improvements, and contribute to Agile development through comprehensive testing.
