AI Engineer - FDE (Forward Deployed Engineer)

Lead end-to-end GenAI initiatives, building cutting-edge solutions with RAG, multi-agent systems, Text2SQL, and fine-tuning using HuggingFace, LangChain, and DSPy. Own production deployments of GenAI applications, including evaluation, optimization, and scaling on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers across various domains, translating AI concepts into measurable business value. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to influence roadmaps and drive adoption of GenAI capabilities. Present and contribute to the broader AI community through conferences and internal knowledge sharing. Demonstrate strong communication and teaching skills, with a growth mindset and a passion for collaboration and lifelong learning.
