Sr HR Systems Specialist

Leads complex configuration and ongoing support of Human Capital Management System solutions to enable efficient HR operations and strategic initiatives.
Provides advanced functional and technical guidance, collaborates with HR and business stakeholders to analyze needs, define requirements, and design scalable solutions.
Owns enhancements and run-the-business requests, overseeing configuration, maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, and reporting of HCMS modules and integrations.
Acts as Tier 2/Tier 3 escalation resource, researches issues, mitigates risks, and ensures system stability, security, and user adoption.
Partners with business and IT teams to gather requirements, influence changes, and maintain documentation, training materials, and process flows.
Develops advanced reports and analytics to support operations and decision-making within a cross-functional, restaurant-industry environment.
