职位介绍
The Import & Export Logistics Specialist ensures timely cross-border movement of goods by managing all import/export activities for North American operations.
Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and carriers to ensure accurate documentation, HTS classifications, and ISF submissions.
Maintain compliance with CBP, FDA, and Participating Government Agencies, while coordinating Incoterms, schedules, vessel arrivals, and warehouse handoffs.
Perform data entry, invoicing review, and archiving shipping documents within SAP or other enterprise systems.
Support export activities, onboarding of suppliers and logistics partners, and drive process improvements in workflows.
Collaborate across internal teams to align timelines, responsibilities, and performance expectations in a fast-paced environment.
