Attorney - Las Vegas

This role focuses on defending clients in Nevada across insurance defense, general liability, first-party property, PIP, construction, and workers' compensation matters.
Manage all phases of litigation, including strategy development, investigations, and client reporting.
Take and defend fact and expert depositions, oversee discovery, and draft motions and responses.
Lead or support trials, and participate in mediation and arbitration as needed.
Proactively manage caseloads and deadlines with strong analytical and research skills.
Part-time arrangements are considered; candidates with a book of business are encouraged to apply.
