This role designs complete mechanical HVAC systems for building projects in a professional office environment.
Create and coordinate Revit models and prepare clear drawings, specifications, and project documents using BIM tools and CAD software.
Perform code analysis to ensure design compliance and maintain alignment with IBC and mechanical codes.
Manage project scope, budget, and schedule, including coordination with clients and internal teams.
Conduct site visits, review submittals, and ensure construction documents reflect the design intent.
Provide support in project management or discipline/team leadership and stay current with mechanical standards.
