Founding AI Engineer

Architect end-to-end AI systems from data to training, evaluation, and inference for a pioneering consumer AI product. Design model architectures or adapt frontier models and implement state-of-the-art fine-tuning methods (LoRA/QLoRA, SFT, DPO, distillation). Build scalable inference stacks using vLLM, TensorRT-LLM, and DeepSpeed; create data systems for high-quality synthetic and real-world training data. Develop alignment, safety, guardrails, and comprehensive evaluation across performance, robustness, safety, and bias. Own deployment optimization, latency reduction, and scaling policies while shaping early product direction. Operate with a founder’s mindset: prototype, test, iterate, and ship with speed and discipline.
