Data Scientist

This is a foundational, zero-to-one opportunity to build the data science discipline from the ground up. As the first Data Scientist, you will define the north-star metrics that guide product, growth, and research. You will architect the data science and data engineering infrastructure and build a self-serve source-of-truth platform. Design and analyze experiments to measure the impact of product changes and model deployments. Partner with leadership and embed across teams to uncover actionable insights and drive strategy. Translate complex data into clear narratives that drive alignment and informed decision-making across the organization.
