Lead electrical design efforts for mission-critical data center facilities, including medium voltage distribution, redundant power systems, on-site generation, and UPS.
Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams and clients to develop design criteria, review submittals, and deliver permit-ready drawings.
Produce detailed design documents using Autodesk Revit and collaborate with mechanical, telecommunications, and fire protection leads.
Lead small projects and mentor junior engineers and designers, ensuring timely delivery and quality across the project lifecycle.
Perform power studies (Neher-McGrath, short circuit, coordination, arc flash) and ensure code compliance and best practices.
Travel as needed (approximately 10-20%) and thrive in a hybrid work environment while maintaining strong client interfaces.
